These are a proprietary Platinum Plus ball joint that is built for us by XRF. These are a high quality, greaseable ball joint designed to perform in severe conditions with a reasonable price point.

Features include:

Cold forged ball stud of SAE4140 steel
Stud heat treatment for omni-directional strength
Triple lip boot seal to keep grease in and dirt out
Forged housings of SAE1045 steel give these ball joints the extra strength to have almost double the stud pull-out strength of most competitors
Ball stud is fully encapsulated in a high strength acetel bearing offering superior load disbursement and longer life.

THESE ARE SOLD AS A FULL SET WHICH INCLUDES 2 UPPER AND 2 LOWER BALL JOINTS (ENOUGH TO DO ONE VEHICLE).
