After many years of design, testing, and manufacturing, PMF is proud to bring to market an ENTIRELY made in America trackbar bracket and pitman arm system!  Over the years of working on these trucks, we have found many flaws in the factory design and geometry.  Through refined geometry, we can reduce bumpsteer to LESS than factory!  This required us to create 4 different designs to span the various lift heights along with a industry first cam system.  While an adjustable cam has been used by multiple manufactures, they were prone to slop, play and flex due to how they were designed.  We came at the need from an entirely new approach.  The multi position cam has a micro tolerance fit into the bracket.  The design also substantially increases the surface contact with both the trackbar and the bracket ensuring that once this is torqued down, there will be no play.  Another unique component within this system is our pitman arm nut.  Years of experience have shown that the factory nut is prone to loosening up and causing play with the pitman arm.  We CNC machine a custom high strength stainless steel pitman arm nut to aerospace tolerances to ensure the strongest, most secure assembly possible.

THESE ARE DESIGNED FOR THE 250/350 TRUCKS!  THIS WILL NOT WORK WITH THE 450/550 APPLICATIONS.  

FOR 2008+ TRUCKS, THE 4.5"+ LIFT AMOUTNS REQUIRE AT LEAST A 2.5" SWAY BAR DROP BRACKET FOR PROPER CLEARANCES WITH THE OEM SWAY BAR.  AFTERMARKET SWAY BARS MAY CREATE OTHER CLEARANCE CONCERNS.

THE FACTORY STEERING STABILIZER WILL NOT WORK WITH THIS PRODUCT.  IT IS RECOMMENDED TO USE OUR DUAL STEERING STABILIZER KIT.  OEM LOCATION STABILIZERS CAN BE MADE TO WORK WITH A DROP BRACKET AND PROPER CLAMP FOR THE DRAGLINK.  SEE SALES DEPT FOR ADDITIONAL HELP IF NEEDED.
