CREDIT CARDS

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you).  Entering an incorrect billing address will result in a pending authorization on your credit card history and the order will not be completed. You must enter the matching billing address that’s on file with your bank as the billing address on your order. If it does not match, our fraud prevention software will refuse the transaction. We have no control over the removal of the pending authorizations due to this error. Your credit card will be billed at the time your order is placed.


MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER’S CHECKS, COMPANY CHECKS, & PERSONAL CHECKS

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.


MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Typically, the lead time for an order is determined by the longest lead time product within the order. If you are in a rush and need items shipped separately/sooner, please contact us. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. 


ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Precision Metal Fabrication (PMF Suspension) reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.


OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS

We will ship your product as it becomes available. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. Orders are manufactured, built, packaged, and shipped in the order they are received. We will keep you informed of any products (that are not manufactured by us) that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. Items that are out of stock or unavailable may be canceled depending upon circumstance and at PMF’s sole discretion. Cancelation fees do apply.


CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Restocking fees will apply to canceled orders. This includes partial order cancellations. If you have any questions regarding restocking fees, please contact us prior to placing your order.

 We accept the return of our products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of receipt. If it’s manufactured by another company besides Precision Metal Fabrication (PMF Suspension), returns may vary depending on the manufacturer. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted, but must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. Returns outside of these circumstances are handled on a case-by-case basis and if approved, will result in a restocking fee. Any return must be made within 30 days. Items must be returned with original packaging and in-new condition. Used, installed, and/or modified items are not returnable for any reason. 

Restocking fees may vary and the amount will be made aware to the customer prior to initiating the return process. Shipping fees for returned products are to be paid at the customer’s expense. Please contact us prior to returning any items. Unauthorized returns that are received will be held for 5 business days, we will attempt to call the customer to provide the option of shipping it back at the customer’s expense, or disposing the product without credit. Packages that are returned to us will be inspected for any missing or damaged items. We spend a great deal of time, energy and effort packaging our orders to ensure they arrive safely. We expect them to be returned in the same matter. Missing or damaged items due to inadequate packing by the customer will be subject to additional fees or possible denial of refund. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost shipments that are returned to us. Many of our products are custom made to order. We DO NOT accept returns for any custom-made items. If you have questions regarding what is returnable or non-returnable, please contact us. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.


SHIPPING POLICY

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Precision Metal Fabrication (PMF Suspension)  or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. A majority of the items we offer are custom built to order. Orders are manufactured, packaged, and shipped in the order they are received. Please contact us prior to placing an order if you have questions on lead time and availability. Shipping errors (missing or damaged items) must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of the package(s). 

Under some circumstances, such as high value orders, different shipping/billing addresses, ect some shipments may require a signature at the time of delivery. This is to ensure that your order is delivered to you safely.

Large or heavy orders may require shipping to be handled by a freight company. Some of these orders include, but are not limited to, various Alpha kits, Mini Frames, Fuel Cells or orders with Deaver Leaf Springs. These orders may mention “Shipping to be calculated” in the shipping notes when you place the order. Once the order is complete and palletized, we will be able to calculate the shipping costs based off the weights and dimensions. We will get quotes on the shipping costs and will contact you to provide the options before collecting payment. Some orders may require additional shipping costs to be collected due to a change in shipping rates, location, special shipping or handling, or inaccurate shipping information provided. Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any country outside of U.S. will require additional shipping to be collected. We will contact you if additional shipping is required. 

Freight/Pallet Orders: If a shipment is damaged or missing items, IT MUST BE NOTED ON THE CARRIER’S DELIVERY TICKET prior to signing for the delivery. Once it is signed for, you have released the carrier from liability and a claim cannot be made without noting the damage or missing items. The customer must keep a copy of the delivery ticket, take photos of the damage or missing items, and contact us immediately after. 


TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Precision Metal Fabrication (PMF Suspension) shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
